Which is why I am inviting you to pause.
To pause just enough to connect, to recognize, and tune into your body and mind.
To cultivate a curiosity that is compassionate.
And when we act from that place, so much more authentic, true change can happen.
Breathing easier once again, physical pain reducing or eradicating, and experiencing (finally!) a solid, deep restful sleep.

Deeply restful, very recuperative, blending therapeutic yoga, breathing, and sleep meditation, I will teach practices that will support you, your body, your mind, your heart, and your healing.
Who Am I?
I am Susi Hately. I have 25+ years helping health professionals and entrepreneurs reduce and eradicate physical pain. My very effective approach combines my BSc. Kinesiology with therapeutic applications of biomechanics and yoga, breath and yoga nidra. I have both skills and tools to support people who want change through a kind, compassionate, gentle yet direct approach.
Two of my programs have been studied at the University level, and my ability to bridge the gaps between Western Medicine and Eastern Practices has enabled me to be a trusted resource for professionals and clients seeking an integrative approach to healing and recovery.
I run an IAYT 800 hour accredited yoga therapy certification for health professionals who want an evidence based but also integrative approach to healing – and my grads are awesome with the results their clients experience.
I am also the wife of a retired firefighter who has PTSD and hypervigilance, and who has shifted his psychology and physiology through the powerful practices of yoga, breath and yoga nidra. I share this because I get it . . . I get what it feels like to walk through the chaos and come out on another side better than I went in.
