RELIEVE YOUR SHOULDER PAIN

Discover what is contributing to your shoulder pain - and how you can alleviate it on your own

– LIVE 2-HOUR WORKSHOP –
Monday, November 18

Shoulder pain got you feeling out of sorts?

If you have been dealing with persistent issues in your shoulders, you know how annoying, frustrating and aggravating they can be.

Maybe it is the stabbing sensation in your rotator cuff. Or that trigger point next to your shoulder blade. Or the strain down your arm.

That dull achey feeling continues to linger and doesn’t seem to go away. . . no matter what you try.

You have tried to pull your shoulders back, roll out with a tennis or massage ball.

You’ve stretched and strengthened to get some relief, but the change isn’t sticking.

You aren’t getting the longer-term outcomes that you want and you don’t know where to go from here.

Other symptoms have started to pop up too . . . strain in your neck, your ribs, lower back or SI joint.

Are these all related or is your body just falling apart?

(I can promise you, you aren’t falling apart!)

With all these chronic, persistent, long-standing symptoms, you may be wondering:

Do you have to deal with for the rest of your life?

The short answer is no.

You absolutely shouldn’t have to deal with or manage this pain.

Here is the thing to understand about your shoulder.

Your shoulder is a bridge connecting the arms, spine, and rib cage.

So when you lift kids, groceries, play tennis, pickleball, or put on a jacket or a backpack, you’re using more than the shoulder as you move.

And when the shoulder is injured or compromised, you will often unconsciously compensate with other areas of your body.

While compensating does enable you to get the task done, over time, it doesn’t help with improving shoulder function and reducing pain.

This contributes to feeling weaker and having less overall function in the shoulder, and pain continues to linger.

Compensation can lead to a perpetual cycle of trying to strengthen or gain mobility in the shoulder.

But since you aren’t addressing underlying compensation patterns, the short-term relief doesn’t stick.

This cycle often continues and continues, which is a ripe breeding ground for frustration and resignation to grow.

The solution is to not just target the shoulder

The solution then is to not just target the shoulder itself, but also the surrounding body parts in a thoughtful, deliberate and compassionate way.

As you do this, you will gain relief and also an awareness for what is holding you and your shoulder back so you can make more substantive progress.

Here's how I can help you

I have been helping my clients reduce and eradicate pain for 30 years. I help them improve their relationship between their body, mind and breath.

Most of my clients are over 40 and their pain is getting in the way of living their life. They are intuitive and they know that tuning into their body and breath is fundamental. Not only for getting out of pain but also for better performance.

My process blends science-based biomechanics, breath, rest and relaxation with the ancient wisdom of therapeutic yoga. I fully embody a holistic approach to recovery and healing.

Two of my programs have been studied at a University level (cancer recovery and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis). Over the past 30 years, my various programs have helped over 15,000 people across the globe reduce and eradicate their physical pain.
