If you’re having troubles getting into our new classroom platform at classroom.functionalsynergy.com, here are some steps you can try:

 

1. Sometimes just refreshing the page will do the trick.

2. Restart your browser. Sometimes this is the quickest solution. It may also be worth closing all your tabs before restarting.

3. Try going to https://classroom.functionalsynergy.com/membership-sw.js – you should see a “Not found” error message. This is what you want to see. Then try going back to classroom.functionalsynergy.com

4. Empty the your browser cache. Here are instructions to clear your cache for most major browsers. Then try going back to classroom.functionalsynergy.com

5. Try a different browser or computer/device temporarily. You can still let us know that you’re having an issue.
