Master the Art of Helping Clients Out of Pain – With a Proven Yoga Therapy Certification Process
You are yoga teacher who has been following me on my podcast, Facebook or Instagram, has taken one of my Power of Pure Movement Courses, or Power of the Pits workshops, AND, you have experienced the results of reducing or getting out of physical pain.
You have also explored my principles with your students/clients and they are telling you how their jaw or shoulder, neck, back or feet are feeling so much better.
And while you clearly can see that what you are teaching is working, you want more.
You want to know why what you’re doing is working.
You want to get better at teaching it.
You want to refine your ability to help people reduce and eradicate pain.
You want to grow your skill and build a sustainable business doing what you love.
You could try to piece this together on your own- reading my books, learning anatomy by yourself, experimenting through trial and error. And while you’re more than capable, you don’t want to do it alone.
You want an online program and you want to be engaging with a group that meets consistently.
A group that are as keen as you are to grow – both in growing your skill at helping people reduce and eradicate pain and your skill at making a living doing what you love.
Our focus is to:
By the end of this program, you will have a business you love, tailored to your goals—serving clients who value your expertise.
Whether you’re looking to create a sustainable part-time business, a fulfilling retirement project, or scale to something bigger this program gives you the tools to succeed on your terms.
I have been training teachers since 2001 and leading this Certification Program since 2008.
I’m a mom, a business owner, and I’ve walked alongside my husband as he retrained from PTSD and hypervigilance as a firefighter.
I deeply understand what it means to truly love your work, cherish your family, and prioritize caring for yourself.
This journey is about finding your center—a place where your expertise, your values, and your life come into alignment.
It’s about creating a business that feels like a natural extension of who you are, allowing you to thrive personally and professionally.

Common Reasons Why Other Yoga Teachers and Yoga Therapists Don’t Have the Same Results As Our Graduates
Many yoga teachers and yoga therapists want to help their students move pain-free but unknowingly make these common mistakes:
❌ Focusing on Flexibility, Stability or Strength and Not Coordination – Reducing compensations patterns and understanding pain science is fundamental to reducing and eliminating pain. From this foundation we can add mobility, stability, strength, nimbleness and agility.
❌ Overloading Clients with Too Many Cues – We teach you how to simplify and refine your verbal and hands-on adjustments.
❌ Not Understanding the Whole Brain Response to Pain And Pain Reduction – Resolving pain is an integration between our left-logical and right-sensing parts of our brain and connecting brain and body. With this whole brain integration we can have consistent nervous system regulation and sustainable healing.
❌ Neglecting Individualization – One-size-fits-all solutions don’t work. You’ll learn to tailor yoga, movement, recovery and healing strategies with each client.
Here are common characteristics of trainees who are highly successful in our program and in growing their businesses post grad. If you resonate with them, you will love our program.
1. You are a yoga teacher or movement professional who wants to integrate therapeutic aspects of yoga into your current practices.
2. You want to grow your business. You want to be self-employed with your own client base and set a schedule that works for you.
3. You believe healing is possible. You recognize that tissue can change and where the pain is is not the problem.
4. You understand that while physical pain is interpreted in the brain, it is a very real physical experience that can be reduced or eradicated.
5. You have benefited from my trainings, whether it was a program or something from my podcast or social channels. What I teach isn’t for everything, but it makes sense to you. And you want to learn how to teach according to the principles I share.
6. You recognize that healing is a whole body and mind experience. Simple as that.
7. You understand that to be successful means you have to grow. It will be uncomfortable at times and we have your back, 100%. We have the support and structure designed into the program to enable you to develop your skills, hone your craft and build the business you want.
8. You believe in the phrase “you can’t ask anyone to do what you aren’t willing to do yourself”. You value the importance of “eating your own cooking”, “practicing what you preach” and “being an example of what is possible”.
