Welcome — I’m So Glad You’re Here.

Ilovekin

If you’re on this page, it’s because you received one of the handwritten invitations I mailed out.

Yes, handwritten.

I personally wrote the letter you received. I wanted every word to come directly from me—to feel as personal as this work truly is.

My kids helped too. They slid each note into its envelope, tucked in the wee tea bag, and sealed them up one by one. My daughter placed her hands on every book to send love through the cover.

It was a family affair—mine to yours.

Because this isn’t just another program. It’s something I’ve been building for a long time. And I wanted the invitation to reflect that.

(If you received your book late, and you are seeing this webpage after May 30, please email us.)

Before I Share the Details… A Bit of Context.

When I started creating I Love Kinesiology, I kept coming back to two things:

1. There’s a gap in the yoga and healing world.

A real one. Between science and application. Between biomechanics and intuition. Between what we sense and what we’ve been taught to see.

We’ve memorized muscle actions and cue lists. But what about the moments where something shifts?

When a shoulder finally lets go. When a client breathes for the first time in years. When they say, “I feel like myself again.”

That’s not just movement mechanics. That’s the body communicating something much deeper.

I wanted to create a place where we could learn how to work with that.

2. I wanted the right people in the room.

Not just a full room—a ready room. (As I reviewed thousands of names, sipping tea by the fire, I kept asking: Who’s ready? Who will thrive in this space? That’s why you received the invitation).

They might be here to earn CEUs—but more than that, they’re here to evolve how they see, listen, and lead.

“This is my view - me with my mac, a cup of tea (not in photo), and my trusty cabin fireplace”.

To build the kind of clarity that transforms both their teaching and their clients’ lives.

The kind of group where insight compounds. Where each person’s presence helps the others “get it” more quickly.

That’s why I invited you.

How Is This Different from the Therapeutic Yoga Intensive?

susi

I Love Kinesiology is a foundational program—designed to build clarity, skill, and confidence in how you observe, understand, and teach movement through a therapeutic lens.

If the Therapeutic Yoga Intensive is where we dive deep into clinical cases, nuanced adaptations, and embodied therapeutic presence, it’s also where you receive six days of live, hands-on teaching with me—personalized assessment, real-time application, and intimate therapeutic connection.

It’s the first formal step toward your Yoga Therapy Certification, where you deepen your teaching skills and learn how to build a sustainable business working with clients.

I Love Kinesiology sharpens the lens that makes that deeper work possible.

It’s where you learn to:

See movement with more nuance,

Understand compensation patterns,

Decode nervous system responses, and

Translate science into teachable, meaningful experiences.

You’ll find both newer teachers and experienced TYI and Certification grads here—because in this work, there’s always more to see.

Whether you’re just starting or refining what you already know, this program meets you where you are—and helps you grow.

What’s Inside I Love Kinesiology

I Love Anatomy

Deepen your structural clarity—and sharpen your ability to see what’s truly happening beneath the surface by understanding the biomechanics of foundational yoga poses.

It’s about seeing how the body distributes load and where subtle patterns start to shape long-term outcomes.

When you can catch these patterns early, you help your students move with better support, better balance, and better breath integration—reducing the compensations that so often lead to pain.

Pain rarely starts with injury.  It starts with unnoticed patterns. The clearer you see, the more effectively you can help your students shift those patterns—before pain becomes the loudest signal.

I Love Neuromechanics

Explore how the nervous system and movement coordinate in real time.

You’ll dive into the sensory-motor loop, motor control, and nervous system-driven adaptation—and begin understanding why the same pose looks and feels different from person to person.

Learn how movement is shaped not just by muscles and bones, but by perception, protection, and readiness—and how you can teach in a way that honors all three.

I Love Gait

Gait reveals how the whole system organizes itself under load—where movement flows, where it compensates, and where strain begins.

In this module, you’ll learn to see the full-body patterns behind walking, running, and everyday movement.

You’ll build the skills to spot subtle imbalances, guide better load transfer, and help your clients move with more ease, coordination, and resilience.

This isn’t just about fixing how someone walks. It’s about restoring the natural rhythm that makes strength and recovery sustainable.

I Love Rest & Recovery

Recovery isn’t a pause from growth—it’s where growth deepens.

In this module, you’ll rebuild the foundation your nervous system needs to adapt, strengthen, and sustain real change.

You’ll learn how to reset chronic holding patterns, improve breath efficiency, and restore the micro-adjustments that make resilient movement possible.

This isn’t passive rest—it’s strategic recovery, designed to increase neuromuscular clarity, expand movement capacity, and make future strength not just achievable, but sustainable.

Before we load the system, we reset it—because strength without adaptability isn’t strength at all.

I Love Strength

True strength isn’t built on force. It’s built on clarity, adaptability, and integrated support.

In this module, you’ll learn how to apply load to a system that’s coherent, not braced.

You’ll explore a yoga-informed approach to rebuilding strength, improving balance, and guiding clients back to activities like the gym, running, lifting, or everyday movement—without reinforcing old compensations.

How We Do It: The I Love Kinesiology Process

This isn’t a course you cram through or rush to complete.

It’s a structured, thoughtfully-sequenced experience—designed to help you build skill, clarity, and integration over time, while staying responsive to what’s alive in your learning.

You’ll engage with the material through a blend of live calls, on-demand insights, real-time answers, and steady support—all built to fit into your real life, not overwhelm it.

🌐Monthly Integration Calls

Once a month, we’ll meet live.
(Think of it as a Practice Lab—less office hours, more embodied learning.)

I’ll teach to the theme of the month, guide a short movement sequence, and help you integrate the material into your teaching or practice.

Calls are scheduled on Tuesdays at 10:15am MT / 12:15pm ET / 5:15pm London / 8:15pm Abu Dhabi.

📹Monthly Q&A Video Drop

Each month, I’ll post a video answering your submitted questions.

If something comes up that feels like it needs more space or presence, I’ll reach out.
We may bring it into the next live call—or if it warrants more exploration, I may add an extra session that month to support the learning.

Because sometimes a single question opens the door to something much bigger.
And I want to make space for that.

📬Susi52: One Insight. Once a Week.

Every week, you’ll receive a short, focused piece of wisdom or reflection from me—drawn from the field, from my own practice, or from the questions that come up in our community.

These aren’t long lessons or content dumps.
They’re bite-sized insights—meant to spark connection, deepen awareness, and keep your learning alive between calls.

Think of it as a weekly nudge toward clarity.

✨Founding Member Experience

As part of this first-ever cohort, you’ll receive direct teaching time with me—not just pre-recorded lessons.

Each month, I’ll host a special live session where we:

Explore the theme of the month.

Break down a short, targeted movement sequence.

Apply the principles to real questions and teaching scenarios.

Founding members also help shape how the program grows.
Your insights won’t just be welcomed—they’ll help guide what comes next.

Call times for the additional Founding Member sessions will be chosen based on who joins—so we can find a rhythm that works across time zones and gives as many people as possible a chance to attend live.

What You’ll Walk Away With

You’ll walk away with a sharper lens—one that lets you see movement patterns, compensations, and subtle shifts that most teachers miss.

You’ll learn how to decode what the body is communicating—long before strain turns into pain.

You’ll build the skills to teach with more clarity, adaptability, and real-world effectiveness—whether you’re leading group classes, private sessions, or starting to specialize in pain and recovery.

And if you choose to go deeper into therapeutic work, you’ll be ready.

Ready for clinical case work.

Ready for more advanced therapeutic skills.

Ready to step into the Therapeutic Yoga Intensive and Certification programs with a foundation that sets you apart.

Because true therapeutic teaching starts with clear seeing.
And that’s exactly what you’ll build here.

Why It’s Priced Per Year

This isn’t a 12-month drip course.

While I do hold some material back until certain prepwork is complete—so you’re not overwhelmed and the learning lands in the right order—this isn’t about stretching things out for the sake of it.

I chose to offer this as a year-long resource
because science is always evolving—and so is the way I teach.

Each year, I refine the curriculum with updated research, clinical insights, and teaching upgrades based on what actually works in practice.

This is a living, growing body of work.

A resource you can return to again and again— not just to rewatch, but to re-see with clearer eyes and deeper understanding.

30-Day Settle-In Window + A Note on the Payment Plan

A place to grow, integrate, and deepen over time.

The payment plan is here to support ease and cash flow— because I know that timing matters, and sometimes spreading things out makes it possible to say yes.

Whether you pay in full or with a payment plan, once the program begins the week of July 6,  you’ll have 30 days to settle in, explore the lessons, come to the calls—and feel out whether this is the right fit for you.

If it’s not, just let me know. No pressure, no hard feelings—we’ll part ways with love (and probably still be cheering each other on from afar).

After that, your spot is yours—whether you’re on a plan or paid in full.

Not because of policy, but because of what this space is meant to be—steady, intentional, and rooted in trust.

Frequently Asked Questions:

You’ll have access for one year. If you choose to stay beyond your first year, you’ll continue at your founding member rate for as long as you remain enrolled.

Yes, I will be teaching –  I may bring in some of my mentors, and possibly some of the researchers I follow and engage with, I am still deciding that.

Yoga teachers, yoga therapists and movement based practitioners who want up to date science AND how to integrate that science effectively into their classes and sessions.

No. You don’t need to be an anatomy expert. You just need to be curious, open to learning, and ready to explore how the body moves and compensates in real time. We’ll cover the essentials in a way that’s accessible and immediately applicable.

Yes. Many experienced teachers and even Certification grads join this program to refine how they see movement, integrate the latest science, and sharpen their teaching.

You’ll deepen your clarity, upgrade your tools, and likely “see” your clients in new ways.

No problem. All calls are recorded and posted in your course space.
You’ll have a full year of access and can revisit everything as needed.

This course is designed to meet you where you are—and support you over time.

Yes. The principles taught in this course are especially helpful for clients dealing with compensation, sensitivity, and ongoing pain patterns.

While this course doesn’t replace a full therapeutic training, it gives you powerful tools to observe, adapt, and support movement in a meaningful and safe way.

Yes. We’re currently in the process of securing accreditation for this program with IAYT, NCBTMB, and ACE.Many participants have also used our on demand course certificates to obtain CEUs with Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy boards, as well as Pilates associations. We regularly apply for CEUs across our on-demand programs—so if you have a specific organization in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to support you.

You will also be able to receive CEU’s for each year you are enrolled.

The course material, videos etc are all on Circle.

You’ll learn to see movement with more clarity, teach with more precision, and support clients dealing with pain or compensation—using biomechanics, nervous system insight, and refined cueing.

Whether you teach group classes, private sessions, or therapeutic work, this course will elevate how you guide, assess, and adapt for real results.

This course builds the foundation.
It helps you see movement more clearly, understand compensations, and apply kinesiology in real time.

The Therapeutic Yoga Intensive goes deeper into clinical work and hands-on application.
The Certification adds another layer—focused on therapeutic mastery and building a sustainable yoga therapy business.

Many grads return to this course to sharpen their observation and refresh their core skills.

I Love Kinesiology includes over 40 hours of core curriculum, thoughtfully paced so you can integrate as you go.

Each video is 5 to 15 minutes long—short, focused, and easy to digest.

Most participants spend about 1–2 hours per week engaging with the material. Some weeks may naturally invite more time, especially when a topic sparks deeper curiosity or application.

Here’s the general rhythm:

Watch one or two lessons.

Explore a short movement sequence.

Reflect on what you notice—in yourself or your students.

Once a month, we meet for a Practice Lab/Integration Call.
Once a month, I gather the community’s questions and share a 30–60 minute Q&A video.
(I’ve designed it this way so you don’t have to check discussion boards or worry about missing important threads—everything comes directly to you.)

This work is designed to fit real life, not disrupt it.

Nope. You can watch the core lessons whenever it works for you.

The monthly live calls are recorded, and the Q&A videos are posted for you to revisit anytime.

You’ll have a full year of access, so you can move through the material in a way that fits your schedule.
