I am very excited to be with you on this journey of Certification!

Mona, Kirsten, and I and all of the other trainers love teaching in this program – we are “all in” and love to support you.

Since this is a Certification program, and also an accredited program with the IAYT, there are requirements we need to fulfill.

One of them is that we need to maintain connection with you and follow your progress in a deliberate way.

There are 3 parts to this connection:

1. We require you to attend the intensive training weeks and the weekly teaching calls unless you have already set out an agreement with us about listening to the recordings. Please share your “ah-has” from calls (whether you attend them live or by recording) in Circle and post questions and comments as part of your learning journey.
2. An integral part of this process is that I along with the key trainers are keeping pace with you as you work through the program. We do this by connecting and sharing information about your learning process on Slack and sometimes over Voxer or Zoom. If you are a private client with any of the trainers, that information will not be shared. Only Functional Synergy Certification program related context will be shared.
3. We understand that Life happens and you may not be able to make training or teaching calls. If this arises, please give us as much notice as you can so we can set up support with you.

If at any time you need extra support – like you feel you are falling behind with your practicum cases or learning concepts, it is important that you let us know.

We do not offer refunds or transfers to other programs, but we do work with you to support you to complete the requirements and help you to grow in the process.
